WW - Hamilton Piping Rock, circa 1928, 29mm x 43mm to hinged lug tips, 16mm male lug width, original 14K white gold snap back case with enameled Roman numeral bezel, brown leather strap, refinished silvered dial with black enamel painted details, 19J grade 979, s#2910892, triple signed. Gross weight of assembled watch without strap 18.7 dwt (29.0 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, light oxide to steelwork, light fine scratches to plates; refinished dial with light surface spotting; excellent blued steel hands; polished case shows little wear, good hinges, several small dings and small chips to enamel bezel most notably at 4 and 9, no dents or dings to case; crown shows little wear; good plastic crystal.
